📝 About This Survey

Jobberman, in collaboration with Propel and Freebyz, is carrying out a survey to understand how young Africans are earning dignifying and sustainable income through remote jobs, gigs, and micro-tasks.

You have been shortlisted to participate because you recently completed a paid task on Freebyz, secured a job or gig through Propel, or completed a Propel/Jobberman training course.

📋 What is expected from you?

You will receive a call from a Jobberman representative to answer a few questions about what you do. When answering, try to show how the remote jobs/gigs/tasks you do is either helping you earn a decent income, or earn extra income on the side while you’re working at a full-time job.

💡 Below are example questions and guidance for strong answers:

1. 💼 Are you currently employed?
   • Answer honestly. If yes, say so clearly.
2. 🛠️ What position or task were you hired for?
   • Describe how you complete projects/tasks for different companies through the Freebyz or Propel platform (whichever you use).
   • Share one or two meaningful or interesting campaigns, tasks, or gigs you’ve recently done on the platform.
3. 🏢 What is the name of your current employer?
   • If you have a full-time job, share the employer name.
   • If not, mention one or two companies you completed campaigns for on Freebyz/Propel that helped you earn extra income.
4. 📅 When did you resume work?
   • Share the date of your most recent gig or task.
5. ⏱️ Is the role full-time, part-time, contract, gig, or internship?
   • Choose the option that best describes your situation.
6. 🔁 Did you secure this opportunity before or after your engagement with Propel?
   • After.

You may also be asked about your average monthly earnings, your work arrangement (Remote, Hybrid, or On-site), and the industry you work in. Please answer honestly and to the best of your ability.
